Hey, if I’m not mistaken this is a duplicate of Easy to set up hosting with password protection which is created by you right?
If the problem is the same, can you sort of mark one of them as duplicate (maybe in title level) so that it’d be easier for everybody to follow answers and participate any discussion 
So the answer in Easy to set up hosting with password protection didn’t work for you ?
