Published and recommended official version: 3.5.2
Following the beta and RC testing, Meteor 3.5.2 is now the official recommended release. The complete changes and migration notes are available in the Meteor 3.5.2 changelog.
Before recommending this version, we completed stability testing across Meteor core, the example applications, and Galaxy:
-
Meteor core: Our CI and regression checks are green, covering unit and package tests, CLI self-tests, application builds, and browser tests across the supported UI integrations. This also includes MongoDB reactivity with Change Streams, oplog and polling, and DDP tests with both SockJS and uWS.
-
meteor/examples: We upgraded and tested all six Rspack examples on the official release: Tic-Tac-Toe, Notes Offline, Task Manager, Parties, and Complex Todos Svelte. Their configured suites passed 84 tests: 33 server tests, 36 Playwright tests, and 15 Cypress tests. The upgrade PR includes the validation details. -
Galaxy: We also deployed and tested the example applications on Galaxy, completing the validation in a real deployment environment. We generated the new
meteor/galaxy-meteor:3.5.2image for this release, which Galaxy uses when you deploy your app after updating to Meteor 3.5.2.
You can update your app with:
meteor update --release 3.5.2
Thanks again to everyone who tested the beta and RC, reported issues, and shared detailed reproductions. Please continue sharing your upgrade experience, and report any regression with a reproduction when possible so we can investigate it.
Update: Meteor Agent Skills v1.0.0-beta.3, with updated Meteor 3.5.2 guidance for AI coding agents.
