In our case, I’m just doing it like:

  win.Meteor.call(myMethod, args, function () { /* whatever */ }`
}
describe("some test", () => {
  it("some subtest", () => {
    cy.server();
    cy.route('/sockjs/**', {});
    cy.visit('/');
    cy.window().then(myFunc);
