I can’t agree more. Faster builds and rebuilds should be at the top 
… which is why the discussions on this forum are so great … don’t touch the build times!

Nice perspectives. I would add some consequent documentation to the roadmap. Each update get things more technical. Your communication insisted on Meteor being aimed at beginners looking for easy prototyping. It was still true for 1.2. But is it still the case on 1.3 with most of the tutorials deprecated? I think you’re loosing customers here, especially in educational contexts.
Lead the race and open the way is a good thing. Draw a map to be sure the followers won’t get lost is crucial.
