Access to meteor app from an external device

Hello,
My app is running OK on on my windows Laptop (localhost:5000)
lets say my IP is: 192.168.1.X
1/ I connected my phone to the same network (wifi), and tried to open the app on the browser: http//192.168.1.X:5000
It doesn’t work. So I have read many posts on that and tried many suggestions, bu unfortunately the same issue.

Have I missed something?

Windows firewall maybe?

Hi,
this was an issue caused by the router.
with a direct wifi link, it works fine.
