Add Scientist button? meteorpad, autoform-modals

Hi Guys,
Can you please take a look
I have added a Add Scientist Button to the default example

It launches the modal, but doesnt seem to populate
(lines 19-24 of main.html)

Hi That example works at

The trick was to add a Simple Schema using Collection2
this allowed the Autoform-modal to populate
