After installation getting error !

Error
I have downloaded meteor and follow the instructions from (here - windows alternate)[https://github.com/meteor/docs/blob/version-NEXT/long-form/alternate-windows-installation.md]

and got an error even though i have added this path ( C:\Users\rohityadav\AppData\Local.meteor ) in environment variable as well. ( I can’t install using choco because i don’t have admin access )

Switch to Linux, I don’t have that problem
Just kidding. But It doesn’t have this kind of problems.
