Anybody Have Server & Client Setup for Apollo 2.x Queries + Subscriptions?

The Apollo docs for Meteor say:

Integrating with Meteor
Specifics about using Apollo in your Meteor application

Note: These docs are for using Meteor with the 1.0 version of Apollo Client. The 2.0 upgrade is still in progress and these docs will be updated when it is ready

Does anyone have working server & client setup for Apollo 2.x queries + subscriptions? If so, could you please post it?
