App does not start on Windows after the 1.3.1 update

Hi,

I use the Windows desktop as the dev machine but can not run my app after 1.3.1 update. It seems the packages path names are to long for Windows limit (which is 256 chars).

Does it mean Meteor is no longer Windows compatible?

I’m also getting a similar problem… but not about Path problems, but about some weird createServer problem.
