We, from Quave, just released v4 of apple-oauth/accounts-apple.
This new version has as its major feature the compatibility with Meteor v3.
We already had some testing done on it by one of our users, but if you use it and want to integrate apple login in your meteor v3 app, please let us know if you find any issues.

I have been lobbying for years to add Apple Oauth to the core.

yeah its actually essential – if you use third-party sign-ins for Cordova, Apple requires you to provide them as an option
