Are the meteor update servers down?

When pinging install.meteor.com I’m not getting responses. Does that mean it’s down?

I’m trying to update to 1.3.5.1

The last version of Meteor is 1.4.1.1

Just a command “meteor update” in your project folder, you can update the Meteor project!

I was trying to follow this advice of going to 1.3.5.1 first:

I’ve now upgraded to 1.4.1.1. Not sure why it wouldn’t update to 1.3.5.1 though.
