Best design tool to work with Meteor?

It would be nice to hire a designer who could produce HTML/CSS to work readily with Meteor, so that the developer could just chime in with Javascript. How would one approach this? Is there a good Meteor-friendly WYSIWYG tool that can produce clean HTML and Javascript?

I wonder if there is an open source or otherwise extensible alternative to webflow? I’d like to take something similar and extend it with custom functionality.
