Can someone build me a mup docker image with PDFTK?

I use abernix/meteord:node-8.11.2-base currently, but I need PDFTK installed in the image.
I had a solution that installed PDFTK in a post deploy hook, but for some reason that stopped working.

Is there someone here that can do that? I will pay for the effort, but it is a bit of an emergency so it has to be done fast.
