Can't built meteor app into Heroku

When I built my app into Heroku execute step by step in http://justmeteor.com/blog/deploy-to-production-on-heroku/. But in step 5. Setup the Heroku app I can’t create mongolab

heroku addons:create mongolab

the error is

 !    Please verify your account to install this add-on plan (please enter a credit card)

But I want to deploy free, not use credit card. Can you help me to continue deploy meteor app without use credit card.

You simply need to add a credit card. Doesn’t mean it will actually cost anything.
