Anyone else having issues connecting to their site hosted on Galaxy?
Was just trying to sign up and it wouldn’t let me, seems like it’s having an issue
We saw increased pub/method response times at around 11am Eastern on April 21st but that was due to 2 deploys that we initiated (which were both successful). No interruption of service for us although we do use their High-Availability offering so maybe that was the difference? Can’t speak to their sign-up process but at least it seems to be a separate system than their customer hosting.
(Just a personal note that in general Galaxy has been very solid for us. Been hosting with them for over 3 years and only 1 disruption that I remember and I think that was due to a wider AWS issue rather than Galaxy-specific.)
