@shtefcs howdy? Did you just update you meteor installation to v1.4? If so then you might need to scrap the old database, meteor reset , do this if it’s your development database and you don’t need the data.
I believe it has to do with the new upgrade to MongoDB v3.2. You can find more detail in the 1.4 migration guide.
What packages are you using? If you’re using npm packages it sometimes requires that you get rid of the node_modules folder and do a fresh meteor npm install --save.
@tsegaisnode_modules folder located at the C:\Users\shtefcs\AppData\Local\.meteor\packa ges\meteor-tool\1.3.5_1\mt-os.windows.x86_32\dev_bundle\server-lib\ ?
@shtefcs the node_modules folder should be right within your application folder at the top level along with the client and server folders.
It looks like you have deleted the meteor installation node_modules folder which means you would need to re-install meteor. That’s why you are getting the above error.
Be sure to remove it first with the uninstaller first.
Some quick google searches show that the issue might be related to permissions on windows while running your command line application. What are you using, GitBash or PowerShell? Either way try running the application in administrator mode.
Another possibility is if you’re behind a proxy, try to see if you can access https://registry.npmjs.org. Let me know how this turn out.
I tried to run as administrator the Git CMD console and did meteor npm install --save but no luck, getting this error:

It would appear that your actual Git installation (not Meteor, at all) is severely corrupted. I would reinstall the Git Windows bundle ensuring that you are installing the correct version. Then, reboot your whole computer to ensure that your PATH is refreshed and hope for the best.
