Cordova-plugin-inappbrowser can't find latest version for Meteor

I am trying to install cordova-plugin-inappbrowser, however when I visited their github page and check plugin.xml file to get the version. Meteor Run iOS fails on build because it can not find the package, I am guessing due to version issues.

Any ideas?

Found one in a recent post for 1.3.0 in February. But not sure how up to date it is.
