Seeing these messages when trying to add the package

Error: Could not get https://warehouse.meteor.com/builds/Q9WzLCPMudj4ZEcwo/1448363296610/ffyzkmCngL/angular:angular-animate-1.4.8-os+web.browser+web.cordova.tgz; server returned [502]

Any thoughts? I tried to access the urls , and see a nginx bad gateway , is the warehouse server running ?

I just clicked on the link you posted, and it downloaded a file. So perhaps try again? There might have been an intermittent failure.
