We now upgraded to 2.16 and can confirm, that the OPLOG improvements work beautifully for us!

The CPU spikes of our import worker (purple) due to working hard on doing imports (writing millions of documents into 3 mongodb collections) does not affect the CPU of the meteor app (yellow) anymore!
Really happy with how this turned out!
