Deployment on Windows Server

Hello,
We deploy our meteor apps on Ubuntu. One of our customers is not allowed to use Ubuntu but only Windows Server 2016 and above.
We are not allowed to use Linux VM or Linux Docker. We should deploy on native Windows Server.
Does anyone already did this ? Is this possible ? Is there special considerations or things to know ?

Sometime before I did this, by building bundle at Linux, and then modifying it at Windows like this:
