Different output of wkhtmltopdf on Galaxy Server

Hi Guys,

Just in case some of you here encountered the same issue regarding the strange output of wkhtmltopdf on galaxy server. Some border styles are too thick and the font sizes i.e 12px is like 15px or 16px. This is issue is working fine on our development version on c9.

for anyone new, FYI galaxy is using a way older version. its seems like a standard list,
Nodechef pre-installs the same list but they have a bash script to update it to a new version on new deployments.
