Error launching meteor

After the installation I tried to launch meteor through the CMD however it gives this error code upon creating a new project.


I am currently using windows 8.1 64 bit as opperating sytstem. If anybody has an idea about what is wrong I would like to hear your input.

I would not try to make a project inside the operating system’s folders :wink: Try to create it in a folder where you have write permissions.
