Error on creating meteor project in local window project

Hi there,
I am running with the issue while creating a meteor project using command( meteor create demoapp) in local,
I’ll show you what I get below.
C:\EDW_NEW\project>meteor create demoapp
C:\Users\pjha39\AppData\Local.meteor\packages\meteor-tool\1.8.0\mt-os.windows.x86_64\dev_bundle\lib\node_modules\meteor-promise\promise_server.js:218
throw error;
What am I doing wrong. I followed the tutorial on their website.
