Error while creating new app

Error while creating new app.

I am using meteor 1.5( latest version)

C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Projects>meteor create test3
=> Errors while creating your project

While downloading mongo@1.1.22…:
error: unable to verify the first certificate

While downloading npm-mongo@2.2.30…:
error: unable to verify the first certificate

Hi, did you find a solution to the problem with “error: unable to verify the first certificate” ?
