Let me introduce you to erxes, it is a messaging platform built with react and powered by meteor on the back-end. It is like Intercom, but unlike it, it is free to use since you can download it from GitHub. We are now working on an AI and are looking for contributors. Since it will ask us lots of work we would like to get feedbacks about it
