Evented I/O for V8 JavaScript has stopped working

Does anyone know anything about this error?

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Meteor but I keep getting this error when I run the meteor command on Windows 10

For any other poor soul searching for an answer:

Remove ansicon from your PATH. You can do it by running ansicon -u on the x64 or x86 folder.
