I’m posting this on behalf of two friends who recently co-founded a new SF-based company in the M&A legal tech space. M&A deal management is an enormous “niche” ($5 trillion across 40k+ deals worldwide/year) that’s massively underserved by tech, and they’re tackling a pain-point that no one else has addressed: cloud-based project management tailor-made for legal workflow, collaboration and transaction intelligence.
My friends – both highly experienced and entrepreneurial deal lawyers – are looking for a co-founder on the product side with enterprise SaaS experience to lead the development of the company’s MVP in exchange for meaningful equity and the opportunity to be on the front lines of a greenfield opportunity.
