[FIXED] Meteor 2.2 breaks IE 11 via check-npm-versions 1.0.1 upgrade which brings in incompatible semver 7.3.4

Yeah it hurts but we still need to support IE for a little while longer.

Here’s the issue and it is fixable by the kludgy “copy the entire package source to your app packages/” method:

Verified that a meteor update brings in the update and that it now works fine in IE11
