Galaxy on AWS Virtual Private Cloud & Dedicated Instances?

Just a general question… are Virtual Private Clouds and Dedicated Instances on the Galaxy roadmap?

One of my clients and I are in the middle of signing a BAA with AWS, and one of the things they mention is that their BAA only covers Dedicated Instances. It was an interpretation of HIPAA that makes sense, but made me go 'Huh. Oh yeah, I guess that would be a reasonable interpretation." For whatever reason, I sort of assumed that Elastic Beanstalk would be in their HIPAA compliance zone; but apparently it’s only there if you have a Virtual Private Cloud with Dedicated Instances.

If we are on that, we need Germany (Frankfurt) as the pillar fortress of data protection.

Many of my clients are interested in hosting on Galaxy. But US-Hosting is not possible.
