Why is there two (this one and this one)? Why isn’t one of them hosted inside http://github.com/meteor/meteor?

Why should it be in the core repo?
That seems to be a pattern with other packages by Meteor. At the very least MDG should delete one of those from Atmosphere, or api.imply the newer one in the older one.
