Grapher declaration file, for TypeScript

So, I decided to learn Grapher from the amazing guys at Cult of Coders, but I found no declaration file to work with TypeScript, so I made one, its not perfect, but you can help out and we can make it better! :slight_smile:

Just made a bunch of updates to the file, soon I think I will release a npm package for it, just searching if there are ways to actually make the relations to auto complete with the addLinks and even addReducers… that would be really cool :grin:
