Hosting with Meteor Galaxy - Do I need a CDN?

I know with self hosting on Nginx, Meteor is very bad at serving static content, so they recommend a CDN.

But now I’m on Galaxy, so is that sufficient, or will I still gain benefit to serve resources from a CDN?
