How can I put files explicitly in app.manifest?

Hi.

My app uses appcache and has several dynamically-loaded files such as the *.json files for i18n, glyphicons of bootstrap.

Since they are dynamically-loaded, they do not appear in app.manifest.

Are there any ways to put these filenames in app.manifest?
