How is the slide in-out effect done in atmospherejs.com site?

Hi, I want to add that effect of pages sliding in or out when a link to a page is clicked…

like in in atmospherejs.com

What would be the best way to do this meteor ?

Is there a recommended way to do this in meteor because of its nature ?
