How to attach external js library in Mantra

Hi all,
I am creating an application using Mantra in Meteor 1.3. I have purchased a bootstrap admin template and now want to use it in my mantra application. I am getting error of undefined functions when I tried to copy libraries in client compatibility. I would like to know, how should I attach my external libraries provided in a particular module and in whole application.
