How to contact someone in Galaxy since their payment page is broken

I’m trying to setup hosting for a company that I’m working for. After talking Meteor and Galaxy hosting up for a month and getting them to move in this direction; now I can’t sign them up because the payment page does not display the card number, exp date, and CV fields.

Really nice. And to make things worse there is no one I can call to get this fixed ASAP. Way to go team. Really?

It turns out we had some API issues with our billing service provider earlier today, but we’re good now!

We’re going to add more information to our contact page so our engineers can be more accessible for issues such as this one.
