I am trying to install meteor.js on my windows 7, 2GB RAM, 32-bit machine but I am getting timeout error why so ? It just downloads 1 package and the second package is not downloaded. Please see the screenshot:

I have the same issue on windows 10. Also had it last year when I first tried to install meteor on windows.
Download meteor installation file from here -> HTTPS://s3.amazonaws.com/meteor-windows/InstallMeteor.exe
If will work fine after installation.
