Improve Meteor documentation and styling

I have a problem reading text and code that looks a bit too plain with light gray and yellow colours comparing to:

  • Line height should increase to make text more readable.
  • Colour subheader
  • Make subheader an anchor link (Easier For bookmark)
  • Font size too big for long-reading, I afraid most beginners can’t absorb it.
  • Avoid using italics font, it’s meaningless for documentation.
  • Use webfont, it make text less boring to read

Hey, this is a great idea. I think there is a lot of room for improvement when it comes to the docs.

Just a quick design, I’m not sure how it looks but a lot of spacing in between is easier for reading.
