Getting failed to download meteor installation package while installing it on Windows 8.1 64 bit and windows 10 64 bit.
Try to run it as administrator.
Right click and choose Run as Administrator.
I have already tried that but still getting the same error.
I had similar issue.My download was completed after 6-7 times. Then you need to run it as administrator
