Installing a package and getting an error

I tried to install a package and got errors using the terminal but I received this message, could you let me know what this means

Do you have Python on your station and added to your station PATH?

I don’t know what Meteor version you are on but there is a more modern version of this package as leonardoventurini:scss based on Dart Sass (meteor-scss/package.js at 01ea21f4d43a5e34dafd323405e76d1a3d024acc · leonardoventurini/meteor-scss · GitHub) rather than node-sass.
