Is there any way to install meteor on a completely offline Windows 7 64bit computer? Please help.

You’d need to download the files on an online computer, and transfer them over to the offline computer.
While it may sound easy (it is) it will be come a big hassle as soon as you want to install a package on the offline computer. Then you’ll have to do the same thing for each package.
