Is the Todo App with Angular using Angular 2?

I just wanted to check if this app tutorial is using Angular 2 https://www.meteor.com/tutorials/angular/templates

The medium post Meteor put up relatively recently talks about Angular 2 and Ionic 2 in the new Whatsapp clone, but there’s no explicit mention in the Todo app.

If it is using TypeScript, then yes. But I doubt it is, since it has been there for a while.
