did you file a support request with Codeship as well (and if so, could you let me know which ID it is, so I can look into it as well)?
If you want to get Kadira APM (their production monitoring tool) running, it is unrelated to how you deploy your application (be it Codeship or a similar tool). As I don’t work with Meteor a lot and have no experience with Kadira yet, I’m not sure which exact steps you’d need to run, but Codeship itself should’t be the issue for why this is not working.
That said, I’d be more than happy to look into this and help you solve it.
