Kadira Issues, service degradation

The Kadira site appears to be experiencing issues. I’m getting 503s, 502s and things are generally very slow.

The support link is outright broken so I’m raising this here. (And yes, I realise Kadira is soon to be depreciated but for now it’s still a service I’m paying for and I assume maintainers want to be notified about issues.) Also, this outage is, possibly, impacting certain areas of our live site so I’m pretty keen to get things resolved.

Is it just me? This endpoint is pretty much unreachable: https://ui.kadira.io/, right?

No, it’s not just you. I’m seeing the same issues.

It’s back again now and hopefully this was just a blip.

It’s going down, so likely servers are being scaled down. Prepare to jump ship.
