I’ll be launching a SaaS into closed beta soon, and I was wondering if there are any tools people would recommend that help with user behavior tracking, error collection, etc.? Anything at all that would help me see problems from my beta testers’ perspectives, easily grab their JavaScript console errors without walking them through the process, and so forth.
