Looking for a newsletter package with opt-in-out

Hi, is there some package available so that you do not need a service like MailChimp but handle those lists yourself?

I haven’t found anything like that yet.

I was hoping there was something that would make it easy to send through mailgun but I havent found anything either.

so is there any package like that which uses mailgun ?

If I am right, Telescope is using mailchimp that’s the only I have seen so far
