What’s the best solution out there for making this happen? Does anyone have some early experience with it? Let’s compile some knowledge on the topic.

I finally got around to learning the best way to set this up. Shout out to @Urigo and the people working on Angular2 integration for building out the official Typescript package.

I wrote an article about moving a Typescript + React + Webpack setup to Meteor. It really is incredibly simple to set this up.
