Meteor 1.9.3 has been released! In short it is only update to MongoDB drivers, taken from Meteor 1.10, for those who had issues with it. As described in changelog:
mongodb driver package has been updated from 3.2.7 to 3.5.4 #10961
Meteor 1.10 is currently in the Release Candidate stage and is expected to be released in matters of days.
