Meteor and Cygwin (Ctrl+C)

For the first time I’ve tried to run Meteor under win7. Under system cmd Meteor works correctly.
When I use cygwin I see Ctrr+C does not work corretly.
While Meteor is running we can see such process tree:

After first press ‘Ctrl+C’ the subprocess node tears off parent:

To kill node you ought to use processExplores etc.
