Meteor App Cache, how to force a client to retrieve new HTML, JS, and IMGs?

Howdy, buddy of mine showed me the Android App for my game recently.

The HTML was like, 4 weeks old, yet the images were current.

This is a super big problem… Where do I even start with this?
